Shipment statuses
A shipment can have many different statuses. They are described below
| Type | Code | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Open | open | The shipment is currently open, meaning it's ready to be picked and not claimed by anyone else |
| Claimed | claimed | The shipment is claimed by someone who is picking it. This is typicall only used when you are using your own warehouse - not when using 3PL |
| Locked | locked | The shipment has manually been marked as locked, meaning it should not be picked |
| Delayed | delayed | The shipment should not be picked until a certain date |
| Waiting for pickup | wait_for_pickup | The shipment is a pickup order. It has been picked and is waiting to be picked up at the warehouse |
| On hold | on_hold | The shipment has been picked but is on hold until further notice |
| Completed | completed | The shipment is completed |
| Cancelled | cancelled | The shipment is cancelled |
