Introduction

The Return Portal API is used to integrate a 3rd-party return portal with TRAEDE. The external portal handles the end customer's return journey (RMA creation, carrier booking, refund processing), while TRAEDE remains the source of truth for returns, inventory adjustments and credit notes.
