API Ecosystem

At Traede we work with our Core API, but we have also developed some high level APIs that will be introduced here.

Core API

The Core API is the fundamental APIs of Traede. This includes, but is not limited to, our Product API, Customer API, Order API, Shipment API, etc.

High Level APIs

These are APIs that are wrappers around the Core API. These APIs are typically designed to make it easier to integrate specific types of systems into Traede more easily. An example of this would be our 3PL API. This API makes it a breeze to integrate a 3PL/WMS system into Traede. Instead of you having to combine our Shipments-, Orders- and Inventory APIs we have made a single 3PL API that does this for you.

High Level API	Description
3PL API	Use this API to integrate your own 3PL directly into Traede. This API was written by us having years of experience with integrating 3PLs into Traede. This makes it a breeze to build your own 3PL integration
Order channels API	Use this to build your own order channel integrations. This can be Marketplaces or independent retailers you want to connect into your Traede account. Share product data or stock levels or receive orders using the Order channels API
Product sync API	Use this API to integrate product data into Traede. This can be used either when somewhere else is the master of your product data, or when you want to update your Traede data with specific data points
POS API	Use this API to integrate a POS system into Traede
